So far we've had some beautiful, scenic moments on Captain Joe's Cruises already this week. We've had stunning sunsets, a bald eagle doing a fly-by, and now a porpoise doing a swim-by!
The porpoises are tough to grab a picture of (maybe its time for a GoPro for the boat?) but the eagles have been polite enough to pose for us. We've discovered that our phones are not the best cameras for capturing their beauty but First Mate Evan got around it by holding his phone up to the binoculars to grab this shot!
The sunsets are great no matter what kind of camera you use. I'm fairly certain an old Polaroid picture would do just as good a job of capturing them as anything else. We took so many shots last night while off Wood Island it was tough to pick the best one!
